* Appointments and Cancellations:
* a. We request that you schedule your appointments in advance to guarantee the availability of our services.
* b. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
* One day before the appointment, a confirmation message will be sent. If this message is not answered, the appointment will be cancelled, the space for said appointment will be released and it may be assigned to another patient.
* Assessment appointments must be paid in advance to be reserved in each specialist’s agenda. This appointment will not be scheduled until you have proof of payment.
* Payment and Dental Insurance:
* a. Payments for dental services will be made in accordance with our rates and payment policies in effect at the time the service is provided.
* b. We accept different forms of payment, such as cash, credit or debit cards, and commercial agreements. However, the patient is responsible for verifying coverage.

*Modifications to the Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication on our website or by direct notification to patients. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
